- Round-table discussion with our team on areas of the insurance policy that are determined to be limited due to policy conditions, exclusions, safeguard endorsements, or co-insurance penalties.
- A consultation of all the options available regarding the insurance claim.
- A prepared formal claim presentation to provide to the insurance company of all the losses covered under the insurance policy to request prompt payment of damages.
- Our team will meet with the insurance company representatives, building consultants, accountants, adjusters, and others that are required to negotiate the extent of the damages on your behalf.
- Accumulate all documents required to support the claims negotiation.
- Negotiate and/or adjust with the insurance company to expedite and maximize the claim settlement.
- Once settled with the insurance company, we will prepare and execute all the final documents needed to conclude the claim.
